Universal but USB-A output voltage is only 4.66V
This is a very functional and therefore universal USB-C hub. It allows you to connect many types of peripherals. I didn't check if it was rate limiting but I did look at the voltage and current it was feeding into the USB DAC. This cable delivers lower voltage than any other solution I have. Most deliver around 5V, but this one only delivers 4.66V. For DACs, which are very current hungry, this prevented them from being fully functional. If you need to use this with a peripheral that requires 5V or 4.9V and can't handle lower voltages, look elsewhere.
