Review on πŸ₯” K BASIX Mandoline Slicer Spiralizer: 5-in-1 Adjustable Vegetable Cutter with Ultra Sharp Blades for Potato Slicing, Julienne & Food Storage by Chuck Wooten

Revainrating 1 out of 5

The handle easily slides off the rails.

The handle easily slides off the rails. And the blades are sharp. It won't even be a problem except for the little strips of plastic on the handle that act as a guide and then cut with the damn blades. THAT won't even be a big problem BUT since the blade is pretty nice and sharp it's very easy to cut through those guide knobs without even realizing you've done it. You end up with thin pieces of plastic mixed in with a bunch of whatever you cut. It's impossible to say "no" whether you've pulled everything out or not. And then, with damaged grip rails, you start slipping off the sides and catching as more of it rubs into your food. cut it at a restaurant, but I used to help prepare food in the back of the house and this thing is a mockery of what a good mandoline slicer should be.
