I like that it's easy enough so anyone can use without having an IT department nearby (or willing).
It doesn't have as many bells & whistles but what you need works well - we didn't want more features than necessary right now anyway since our needs are limited compared to other programs available today. If something isn’t working correctly just contact customer service who will be happy help fix things quickly if possible/necessary. We're solving two problems here 1) keeping track of people volunteering 2), tracking donations which helps us keep tabs where money goes when someone donates via credit card instead using PayPal because not everyone likes dealing directly through Paypal 3.) being able see how much time each person has volunteered over several years 4,) creating reports about those times 5.) helping manage staff scheduling 6.), etc.,etc..
