I bought it during the organizational renovation of my husband's and my wardrobe. I use them to hang our belts and use compact stainless steel hangers to keep them organized. Wow what a difference! I used to always use big round steel shower curtain holders but they are outdated and everything was starting to break. So it was the best choice to replace them and I'm so glad I chose them! First, their profile isn't that wide, so hanging them in the back of my closet was a breeze. They close very tightly so each can hold a ton of weight without opening, perfect for hanging multiple straps! They are also smaller than the old 5 inch round rings I had so they don't take up nearly as much space as before. I could also use them to hang things like costume jewelry, necklaces and bracelets. I'll probably buy a few more kits around the house to use them - especially for use in the garage to store things like tools with hanging holes, extension cords, bungee, brooms and rakes, etc. I'm just going to buy a curtain rod or towel hanger, attach it to the garage wall, and hang these things on it.
