EDIT: Updated my rating from 2 to 1 star because even the replacement had the exact same issue. Doesn't handle larger DSLR configurations (mine was barely 5 pounds). The screw connecting the arm to the suction cup plate is loose and couldn't support the weight of anything, let alone bumpy roads. I exchanged the item, assuming it was just a defective product, but no, the replacement product also had the same problem. You set everything up, then screw on the camera and watch as the pointer slowly begins to slide and rotate through the loose bolt. I tried tightening the screw but it didn't work.
