The position of the handles is great for keeping things organized but the ink flows too freely causing the page to 'wrinkle' and 'curl'. I glue hardboard white peppers and use the finished work as a gift, thank you card, birthday card, etc. If there is too much paint rippling in areas with large patterns, it is impossible to use them as such. However, the colors are great and like I said, I love being able to keep the pens in place at all times. Refueling is required for the same reason. Too much ink will cause the ink to run out on one side, whereas with other pens, used pens will last much longer.
