Review on Ephesoft by Kevin Woods

I like how epheSoft helps us capture all relevant information across our salesforce automation tool without having too many pop up windows in between steps in order for me as an admin not get distracted by them while i am working. It would be nice if you can have some more options available so that we could create different templates depending where each specific step need to go when someone fills out one section vs another etc.. Also sometimes people forget what they did already before moving forward because there are no clear instructions about next action needed after doing something earlier than this new thing being added later which leads back to needing those option buttons again :) The best thing about ephesoft is its ability to extract information in bulk from different types of files without having to manually go through each file to find relevant info. It also has a simple UI which makes it easy for users who are not very tech savvy to use. I have used this software primarily for extracting customer details such as address, contact number etc.
