Pastel Review

I love that it's very easy, intuitively designed with many useful features like creating polls as well! It has helped me create surveys in less time than other tools we've used before by allowing us more control over our questions/polls without having any coding knowledge or experience required (which can be quite daunting!). The support team are also great - quick responses whenever you need them which helps keep things running smoothly when working remotely from home during COVID-19 lockdown

I like that you can easily send out surveys, polls or questions to your users with just one click of button. It's also very easy to create multiple questionnaires at once without having to add them manually in each time. The only thing i dislike about it is how quickly the questionnaire gets deleted if noone answers within an hour/day limit (if set). It's easy, fast (as compared with other tools I've used), free! And it has an excellent interface that makes collecting user-generated content simple & painless. There are some features missing - like customizing your own questions/feedback fields - but this can be worked around by creating new question types in their support section. The ease of use, the ability to see who's active in the community, and the easy integration with Slack.
