I like to keep my garage as tidy as possible. This allows me to use it for multiple purposes and switch smoothly from one purpose to another. Storage hooks allow me to use unused wall space and not have to put things on the floor. Some things are much easier to find on the wall than on the floor, so that's an added bonus. I personally like to attach the ledger to the drywall to use hooks like this, so I did it in a few places. I use my Kreg square head screws to attach everything since the included Phillips screws leave a lot to be desired, like most Phillips screws. I attach them directly to the cinder block wall on the west side of the garage and prefer to use concrete screws as wall anchors, but this kit comes with wall anchors and they work great in the block. Wall is probably a lot better than drywall. Overall, this set of hooks helps me get organized a bit more, but I need multiple sets to fully organize my home. That's a great start.
