Review on Rugged iPhone XR Belt Clip Case with Military-Grade Protection, Holster & Tempered Glass Screen Protector – Black by Bethany Ray

I purchased this case and holster in December 2018. I used to have Otterbox cases with holsters. But I wanted something less bulky but still protective. I was wary of the holster and how the phone attaches to it. But I was pleasantly surprised at how well it works. The clip on the belt loosened a bit over time, but it was still ok. Last week (February 2020, so more than a year after purchase) the clip holding the phone in the holster broke. I went to their website and applied, not necessarily expecting to get anything for free but hoping to get a replacement holster at a reduced price. The next day after submitting the form on their website, I received an email that the replacement was shipped free of charge. The company was still supporting the product more than a year later. I loved this case so much we bought one of the pink framed Falcon cases for my wife's phone and replaced the first one she bought because the original case didn't feel secure enough. I highly recommend the case and the company.
