This vest is perfect for my chihuahua girl who is only about 3.5 pounds. The length is just right. She has enough freedom of movement as long as she only wears a vest or sweater underneath. The only issue I have is that the zipper's teeth aren't aligned like they should, so it wobbles and gets stuck a few times. I bought a different size in a different color for my chihuahua boy who is about 6.5lbs and I have no issues with him so maybe it was just a bad mix. But overall it's a great product.
