Some Great Features of this Alarm Clock. The best thing for me is the auto dimmer - the brightness automatically adjusts in three settings - high, medium, low - as the lighting in my room changes from bright in the morning to dark in the evening. And the low setting is low enough that the light doesn't bother me at all. Dual alarms are nice and I especially like being able to set one alarm for the whole week at once since I have different alarm times every day. I also like the digital tuner and memory kits so I don't have to guess if I have my radio. I probably won't be using a night light, but anyone considering this watch for this function should know that it's pretty bright. Another thing to consider is that this probably isn't the best alarm clock for kids. This watch's varied functionality means the buttons aren't the easiest or most intuitive, which is fine for an adult who has 5 minutes to read the manual, but not so great for kids under 14. The watch looks pretty good, not too big, although I wish there was an option for white. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the radio has noise, even on stations with strong frequencies and even with the included antenna. I also don't know if the backup battery works or not. The instructions state that the clock will not run on battery power alone, except in the event of a power outage. We will see.
