There are NO instructions in the case on how to remove the case and place the phone in the case. Once the phone is locked in the case, it is almost impossible to get it out without risking damaging the phone. There's also a very hard cover in the area where you plug in your phone for charging. It is attached to the body on one side and is very difficult to open. Overall this is a "good" case that protects the phone but not something I would buy again. Too difficult to assemble. My husband and I pulled and pulled at each other with a putty knife to remove the cover and the phone inside.
