There are NO instructions in the case on how to remove the case and place the phone in the case. Once the phone is locked in the case, it is almost impossible to get it out without risking damaging the phone. There's also a very hard cover in the area where you plug in your phone for charging. I use my second one simply because the screen protector picks up scratches and scuffs over time, but it costs money to replace these cases from time to time rather than repairing or replacing a phone. After just over 8 months of use I can say that overall this is not a very good phone case. The most notable issue is that due to the way the back of the case is made, there are small bulges that wear on your phone and eventually become permanent marks on the back.
