Helps prevent breakage and softens hair
I use this for bleached hair (and the dryness and damage that comes with that area) and it really helps keep my hair soft. It also doesn't slip around as much while you sleep compared to beanie style hats, at least in my experience. The barber was impressed with how well this worked to prevent breakage.
