I really liked that the trays come in nice packaging to match the warm pastel colors with a zip pocket for dry storage so I can stash extra trays after a small party. I like my rocks style drinks so the size of the ice cubes is perfect. I make ice cream from chilled boiled water. Boiled water kills bacteria and makes ice crystal clear. When I washed the trays with warm water, contrary to some recommendations, they had a plastic smell. However, I was able to get rid of it by refreezing the trays while moist, not full, and rinsing them again with warm or cold water. I definitely recommend these bowls.
