Unpacked and found a nice hitch. Looks better than I expected. Initially, the ball joint's retaining pin protruded, causing assembly problems. I tapped the locking pin lightly with a hammer and it was completely flush. Then I could put the ball knot on the shaft. No big deal and it was an easy fix. Towing is great. It fits the receiver well and has minimal play. We didn't notice ANY of the squeaking that occurs with carelessly installed clutches. We will recommend to friends.
