Bought these for my almost 4 year old. He typically carries all 3Ts with the ability to carry larger 2Ts. This puts him at the smaller end of the 3-year-olds. With all of this these shorts were ordered a size 3T and didn't go above the knees they were so small. I assume they were around 18 months with a 3T tag. Nice design though. Sent back for a refund and they charge $3.42 to send a pair of shorts for $12.99. Very disappointing.
