I haven't been disappointed with Kid Nation yet. This is one of the many things they own and is of great quality with a good fit. I bought this for my daughter when we go camping so she can compare to dad. This is a lightweight zipper. It definitely won't keep you warm when it gets really cold, but it's great to have an extra layer or to protect you from the wind. There is no hood. There are two pockets on the front, big enough for your child's hands. The print is good camouflage, not the crappy look you might stumble across. If they were my size I would wear them!
