5 stars are not enough. I've explored the living daylight of combo robotic vacuums and mops and just vacuumed by myself. First of all, I would like to say that this is a T5 review, not a 950. As for the lack of technical support, I disagree. I called and asked what is the difference between T5 and 950. Guess what people were very honest and didn't know and promised to email me an answer. They did it within 4 hours, more like 3 hours. told me it's the same as the 950 but was released in April 2020 at a lower price with a new name and a slightly different look. The price difference is $100 less. I bought the T5 for $599. It knocked the Roborock 6 out of the water with weaker suction, lower battery capacity, and a smaller mop tank for a higher price! The robot arrived well packaged and was easy to assemble. I couldn't wait and it was more than half loaded so I had my card built. The tiny 1,150-square-foot home is under-air, which also means a less open floorplan that's harder to navigate. This also means less cleaning, but also a lot more work. During the research I knew the sensors had to be top notch. See today's image from the application. T5 is perfectly oriented in everything and comes under stuff to vacuum and mop even I can't, like our double bed! Move? No thank you! The T5 cleaned like a champ under the sofa and other furniture, never getting stuck and always returning to the charging station with no issues. The charging station is located between the rocking chair and the entertainment center and has 6 inches of space. on both sides and always backwards. The suction power is incredible and picks up long human and cat hair as well as litter and dirt very well. It does not tangle, the whisk brush is easy to clean. and my house is mostly tiled. I removed the whisk brush and it picks everything up right away. avoid this. The No Mopping Zone, which I set manually in the software, helps the T5 run faster and dodge carpets more easily. Prevention zones work just like a mat in front of a tray. Pick up a wandering tribe of cats and I can only imagine the hellish landscape that follows. We have two cats and they love watching the robot work until it comes straight at them, then their backs come up and the cat follows Lol backwards. Then T5 turns around and the cats relax and follow him. I named our chopper after a Star Wars droid. with deep raised pockets to collect dirt and he will suck it clean. The device is powerful but his fall sensors were failing, when he tried to eat a flip flop he sat on it, squinted and said he needed a fall sensor to clean. lol Keep iPhone-like wires away from him, or anything smaller than a network cable, he'll try to swallow them like a shark. The mop works great in its intended role as a wet dust mop. Who in their right mind would expect more from a design? Overall very pleased, drove away from home today for the first time in 3 weeks to get supplies, set the robot to clean the house and then watched it at work from across town. in the app and put the not clear rectangle around the litter box just to be on the safe side as I wasn't sure what might or might not be present, like a cat trunk on the floor. I did it with an app and a phone. See, because of today's partial cleaning, I had to close both bathrooms and my home office to keep the cats from playing pranks. Damn cool! We want to change the voice and phrases. When it starts it says "START CLEANING". I love how this T5 lets you know what it's doing and the intended actions it's going to take. This can be switched off and the volume controlled via the app. Hope this helps someone in making a decision. . Today is Sunday, May 31st, 2020. I will update this review over time, but it's been 3 days since this module tested all the features and I'm very satisfied. Vacuuming and mopping has already liberated me, today I used my free time to cut and vacuum up weeds on both my lawn and my neighbors' lawns! Hey ECOVACSHOME, how about incorporating this technology into a lawnmower? The way I see it now you can crush the current players with your tech!
