Fitglam Disappoints: Low-Quality Products and Unhelpful Staff

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent buy from Fitglam. The fact that they catered specifically to women made me interested in the business in the first place. As soon as I got my purchase, however, my enthusiasm turned to frustration. The grade of the delivered goods was the first problem I ran into. The apparel and footwear appeared to be of low quality. The necklace I purchased also appeared to be of lower quality in person than it did online. Due to the high prices I spent, I had anticipated receiving superior goods. Unfortunately, I had trouble with the sizing of one of the garments I had purchased. It was very challenging for me to get a response from customer support when I attempted to inquire about a return or exchange. When I did hear back from someone, however, they were generally useless and seemed to know little about the company's procedures. Fitglam as a whole was a huge letdown for me. It's obvious that this business is not on par with its rivals due to the subpar quality of its goods and service. I will not be using Fitglam again and do not recommend them to anyone searching for clothes, shoes, or accessories.
