I have been using BIC Silky Touch razors for many years. These are regular disposable razors, maybe a little better than regular shop razors. I'll be honest I mostly buy them because they're cheap, have I ever cut myself with them? Many times. They come in packs of 10, sometimes 12. I just bought 40 for $9! They have multicolored handles and are weightless. Each razor comes with two blades. You shave well, but you need to lather really well. These are the staples of all basic razors, there's no moisture strip here or anything special. I usually get cuts or ugly cuts around my ankles. It's a good idea to throw them away after a shave, after that they're much less effective. You can cut yourself if you shave the same area over and over again. Not to mention the use of plastic. I have to say it's nice to have on the go. Depending on how long I'm away I take a few and don't have to worry about losing my lovely razor or getting replacement cartridges for it. The key to using them is that when they are fresh, use them with care or you will cut yourself. I have many of these now. I will not buy them in the future, there are much more economical options.
