Fast environment with low-complexity implementation

It's easy for me as an issue owner, I can create discussions very fast in my own time without waiting long times like other forum systems do it! The only thing is that sometimes there are some problems of compatibility between browser versions or something like this but nothing really bad at all! It's great because we use Slack which has chat functionality so if anyone from your team wants to communicate just about any problem they will be able to find us easily using our slack channel.
Communication among dev teams within the same product.

Pros

Fast message creation; Easy visibility into conversations with specific people by mentioning their nickname before adding messages(not seen much around); Great community support lotsa helpful guys here :)
