I have several pairs of identical silicone inserts and I really like them. I use them for bikini swimwear and they work great. They don't really add to the size, mostly just shaping and covering the nipples, and the silicone looks and feels natural and doesn't drip like the foam pads in swim trunks. However, THESE are not the same size as all my others. These pads are much smaller overall, about 1 inch on each side! They looked silly in my top as the size made them very noticeable. The rest of the pads are the same size as the triangular vertices, so the edges of the inlay aren't visible. It looked so obvious. I am sending them back and trying a different brand. Be sure to check the dimensions!
