u-gard WORKS. It has definitely helped my horse become less fit and have a healthier manure (no more diarrhea). I tried the powder after using the granule form because it's a bit cheaper but I had to go back to the granules as the powder leaves a film on the inside of the feeders and my horse left what was left of the feeders. Add the soil once he's done with his grain (he's a quarter horse and definitely not a picky eater, so that came as a surprise to me). Not to mention the cloud of dust that rises when I drop them while feeding. I gave 4 stars because the products really work, they just aren't as easy to feed as kibble form.
