As of March 15, 2018, I've been sleeping on the Fortnight King 10-inch mattress. It turned out to be much softer than I expected, but initially I didn't have any problems. But about 4 months later, starting on July 23, 2018, I got the STRONGEST back pain I have ever felt in my life. I tossed and turned all night because it hurts a lot. Now remember that I'm only 35 years old, weigh 145 pounds and exercise regularly; So the back pain isn't because I'm out of shape. At first I thought it was from weight lifting, but once I stopped exercising the pain didn't change at all. When I decided to sleep on the floor in my living room, I noticed a dramatic decrease in pain, so I'm 100% sure that the softness of the mattress is causing my back pain. I really wanted to love this mattress but it made my sleep terrible and my back pain lasts all day even hours after I got up. I'll sleep on the floor until I find a firmer mattress somewhere. My mattress is still in like-new condition because I saved a quality mattress topper. So if anyone still wants to take a risk with that ridiculously soft mattress, you can take mine for free because I certainly don't want it and I probably can. I'm not returning it based on other reviews. Even 15 years of military service didn't cause me such severe back pain.
