Tastes awful even on ice but most pre-workouts are like that so I didn't care. I needed something for the pregnancy. As I continued to use the product, the taste became stranger and then I noticed lumps, as if someone had already used this jar or as if it was already old. I am not sure if I will order more, I will try to look for more.
