Despite Revain's many handheld sprayers, I had to have this one. There seemed to be the fewest leak complaints and that the seller/manufacturer stood behind the product. I bought one after being out of stock for a few days and I think I made the right choice. It shipped quickly from the US and was easy to install. I found it a bit funny that they used waterproof paper for nice and detailed instructions. Looks good, hose length is good. I'm not sure if it's defined by the community, but the print goes from "gently dripping" to "respraying" without much ceremony. There's also a pressure spike at the beginning of the spray, so be careful with that (ideally you should aim for the bowl first anyway). They sent extra washing machines and several emails to make sure everything was working properly and I was happy. They also told me they love me.
