I was a bit skeptical when I first saw this (especially given the price) but I have to say... I'm impressed. I recently read about filter media and wanted to try the K1 fluid media. I have many tanks and was looking for an affordable option as I knew I had to buy a few of what I chose. It worked incredibly well. I placed them at the bottom of the internal spill boxes on some tanks and in the swamps on others. So far I'm very happy with them! It's certainly a much more affordable option than a traditional 'reactor' and I'm increasingly convinced that these devices can get the job done. One thing to note, they come with micro K1 media. I overlooked this at checkout and ended up buying two bags of stuff I don't really need. Probably my fault for not reading carefully but thought I'd mention it!
