Gone are the days of your laptop on your desk! I'm an artist and I work with a tablet on a table with a stand. I used to use my laptop on a desk which I use for keyboard shortcuts and trackpad. Unfortunately, tipping my hand onto the flat table left a horrible dent in my skin from the edge of the table. After a long 4-5 hours of drawing, my left wrist hurt. I bought this on a whim hoping it would help. And damn it, that's it! My left wrist no longer has that awful numbness. Plus, it's incredibly durable for my 15-inch Macbook Pro. I can open my laptop with one hand and the stand doesn't go anywhere. I didn't have to carry this stand from my apartment, but the stand itself folds and folds easily. Very easy. I recommend it to anyone hesitating to buy it or not. I'm very happy and my left wrist thanks me too.
