Doesn't hold up PERFECTLY

I bought this as a birthday present for my friend and after only 2 uses the inner seal of the cup melted into his coffee without him knowing until the first shot he tried her. It looked great, felt good, really enjoyed it until it even fell apart a week after receiving it. I'm disappointed that I wasted my money and I'm ashamed that it didn't even last a week before falling apart.
