1) It cannot be worn for an extended period of time. If you sit in them for more than an hour, your ears start to hurt terribly. Perhaps there's a problem with my head. 2) A challenging initial pairing with the device (you have to turn the bluetooth on and off at least 7 times so that at some point they finally appear on the device.) 3) A gasping noise can be heard. Wheezing is audible, though I won't claim it's always serious or even frequently. 4) It might be noisier. For me, the full volume is not always sufficient. 5) While it is not very convenient to walk down the street, I may not personally prefer this form factor.
