I bought this about 6 weeks ago and have been trying to use it for a week. I put the batteries in and they didn't work and then I just forgot about it until I bought new batteries yesterday. I put the batteries in today and it didn't work again. I went to my washroom which has no windows so I could see if I could see some kind of light that indicated it was working and it started SMOKING and was very hot in my hand. I took it outside and threw it away because it was too hot now. I called Revain which I have been using for over 16 years and they told me the following::::::: We have to charge you for the refill as it is a 30 day period! I couldn't believe it. It's a dangerous item and all they seemed to care was that they wouldn't refund me in full. This whole situation annoyed me. Someone could unknowingly use it and then put it away and it will start smoking and possibly start a fire. Please don't buy this.
