Perfect Grilling Tool!
This thermometer is a must-have for any home cook who loves grilling. Based on my observations, it has a fast reading time and its backlight feature makes it very easy to read no matter the lighting condition. The calibration function also means you get accurate readings every time. The only downside is that it's not the most durable utensil I've owned. Overall, a great addition to my Home and Kitchen arsenal.
