Suitable for E150 from 1995, but expensive.
This replacement headlight looks great and comes with bulbs. I will never have to buy one again if it lasts the same 22 years as the OEM. It also comes with interior lighting if your van doesn't have a full headliner. I have one so the extra internals along with the wiring harness were useless to me and I reused the original wiring harness and sockets. Now that I know better if I had to do it again I would get a direct replacement Ford 6C2Z-13A613-A 92-18.
