Review on Dermablend Loose Setting Powder - Translucent Face Makeup with Mattifying Finish, 1oz by Lauren Neal

I have mixed feelings about this powder. I ordered the translucent product and it definitely helps make your pores look smaller without clogging them like some of the other powders I've tried. It also kept my oil in check throughout the day and gave me porcelain skin. What I don't like about this product is that it really leaves a white cast on my face compared to other translucent powders I've used. I have fair skin and have had no issues with others but in certain lighting conditions this powder made me look very pale and I felt like it stood out although it evens out the skin and lasts all day. I even took a shot with the lights on and could see how white it looks. I've also read that most of this powder contains talc, which worries me. I'll try a few more times and not apply as much powder and see if that helps reduce the whiteness on my face. If not, I'll probably have to look for another powder or maybe even try this version's tinted powder, but I'm afraid it will be too dark.
