I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 just because I've only had it a few weeks. So far, so good. However, the MAC driver is not included with the device, so it needs to be downloaded. At first I had a lot of trouble downloading the software, but after speaking to a very helpful customer service representative from the company, we found that I needed to update my Mac with High Sierra before I could download the driver. It booted immediately as soon as my MAC was updated.
