Because TOMUM is widely recognized as an innovator within the cosmetics business, I had very high expectations for the brand. My interaction with their online store, on the other hand, has been nothing but a frustrating disappointment. The level of efficacy of their products is not commensurate with their high-end price tags. In spite of the fact that I used their skin care products on a consistent basis, I did not observe any discernible difference in my complexion. Their face treatments and masks did little to address the concerns I had about my skin and made me feel as though my time and money had been wasted. In addition, the marketing surrounding TOMUM's usage of natural substances that are obtained in an ethical manner has been misleading. After doing some research, I found out that their products still include hazardous chemicals that are not only bad for the environment but could also be bad for the skin. The online storefront itself has a lot of room for improvement as well. The navigation is unclear, and the checkout procedure is overly difficult for no good reason. The customer service crew was unhelpful and didn't seem interested in resolving my issues, which was frustrating. My interactions with TOMUM have, on the whole, been less than satisfying, and I cannot recommend either the company's items or their online store. You will not find reliable and efficient beauty products or personal care goods here. Your search should be focused elsewhere.
