I would not give this product 5 stars due to the obvious safety issues I had. My dog plays and sleeps and basically lives a normal dog life. The collar has to withstand it. However, the cleats will continue to come out and have pointed ends that should hold the cleats in place in the collar. I found one of my dogs poking her neck and she was whining. And when they come out of the collar, my pets and I keep stepping on them and it hurts. The collar is very cute but didn't last long. It wasn't worth my money and now I have to buy a new collar.
