These cables work as intended and are holding up well! It seems unusual to worry about USB cables, but I've struggled with so many different cables that I'm definitely excited about a few that work! I use my Kindle HDX and Kindle Voyage in the same place for a long time, so they tend to get plugged into the USB power adapter during use. As a result, my cables are often plugged and unplugged and will bend where the connector head connects to the cable when a device is resting on it. The rectangular micro connector is reversible so it can be used for both left and right routing (IMHO, a design improvement that should be added to all micro A cables). This is its main design and it performs its function admirably. The cable and connector have held up to repeated and prolonged use, which has also been an issue with previous cables.
