Review on Presto 07046 Griddle Cool Touch Electric by Luke Hodes

I've waited a while to write a review because I wanted to give an honest review. I love cooking in this pan! I have issues with uneven cooking, but it really didn't make a noticeable difference when cooking anything other than pancakes, tortillas, or flat dishes. You can clearly see the traces of the heating strips from the pan, pancakes, tortillas or anything else that is cooked in the pan. This only causes problems with homemade pancakes, because some of them will burn (depending on where they were in the pan). I learned where to put them in the pan and at what temperature to cook them. With all that being said, I've made many other things and they turned out great! The tilt and drain feature works like magic to drain unwanted oils. The only thing that bothers me about Tilt and Drain is that there is no lock and it tilts on its own with a little pressure. I love that this pan is HUGE. You can cook for the whole family! All in all, this is a great pan. I would buy this again!
