Much smaller than I expected but attractive so I figured I'd just get by. Then I tried removing the lid to wash and refill it. The lid is very difficult to remove and the hole is so small I can barely get my little female hand in to clean it. The only thing more difficult than removing the cover was putting it back on. Oh and forget it if you don't perfectly line up the "holes" of your choice when trying to insert the cap as there is no way to rotate the cap once it is in place as the metal top separates from the moved to the metal that actually has holes. In addition, the spout of the pot drips after every pour. I'm sending it back. There are just too many problems. UPDATE 10/26/20: Seller keeps talking about warranty. ALL issues I have with this jug are a DESIGN error and CANNOT be resolved by replacing the same item. Also, the manufacturer keeps emailing me and offering me "FREE" products if I edit my review and give this product a TOP RATING - to help them! I have left an honest review and my opinion is my own and NOT FOR SALE! I base my purchasing decisions on honest reviews, do you?
