Review on Cortech Slayer Riding Shoes Black by David Romero

Very easy to scratch/damage

I usually like Cortech products. I've bought their riding gloves twice because I lost one because I just don't feel comfortable riding with any other glove. That's why I bought these shoes. The style is right and I trust their products. However, these shoes do not have the quality of their gloves. On my first day with them I was able to scratch both fronts of the toe just by inflating the tires with air. Of course, these are riding shoes and you shouldn't expect them to look brand new, but one of the elements of riding is riding the pavement and working the bike. These shoes will not survive. I have 2 pairs of Italian leather TCX boots that have never been so worn in a year of skiing. It is a great pity that the durability of this product does not match the price. If you don't mind, they're a bit stiff, but ultimately comfortable and look really bad.
