Review on 🍷 Compact Vertical Corkscrew Stainless Steel Wine Opener with Foil Cutter for Wine Bottles by Mark Tarnowski

I have owned many wine openers (and bottles!) in this country in my life and this is by far the best value for money. I recently bought this to replace the same one I probably bought ten years ago and contrary to most modern production trends, this one seems even better than the first. (The demise of the former was entirely my fault.) I understand the argument that an opener like this lacks the romance of a good old wine key, and that may indeed be true, but I'd say it's still better than an electric or Air pump (although they're pretty handy as an alternative to ah-so for old corks). Either way, it's compact, durable, sleek, and pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it. I would say that with the foil removed/cut you can open a bottle cork in hand in 2-3 seconds. I mean, who wants to wait longer than necessary for their wine?!
