PSA: It's non-vegan, the first ingredient is lanolin. Amazing deal or I was royally ripped off. Anyway I love this stuff. It's mostly creamy rather than grainy; I would describe it as a very light exfoliating moisturizer. I would recommend using it frequently (e.g. twice a day) for best results and I also use it with a dry toothbrush to help exfoliate. The oily feeling is real and it is difficult to completely remove the greasy residue from your lips. (I use it before showering so I have ample opportunity to rinse well) but I'm not complaining as it leaves her hydrated rather than damp and dry. Ingredients (according to Almond Cream): Lanolin, Soybean Oil, Tocopherol, Mineral Oil, Polybutene, Vegetable Oil, Vaseline, Beeswax, Ceresin, BHT, Walnut Shell, Vitamin F and Flavor (may contain: Red 7, Red 6 and Titanium Dioxide)
