Review on Onarway by Darryl Buck

Revainrating 1 out of 5

I am dissatisfied with Onarway because it was a lost opportunity.

My experience with Onarway was quite exciting for me because I am someone who is always seeking for new hardware and home improvement goods to test. My experience, unfortunately, left a lot to be desired in many ways. To begin, even though they had a respectable assortment, it wasn't anything that stood out as really exceptional. I was able to discover what I was looking for, but the selection wasn't as large as I had hoped it would be. In addition, when compared to the prices offered at other online retailers that I have purchased at, theirs were considerably more. However, the most disappointing aspect was the quality of the client service. When I had concerns over the installation, I had a difficult time locating the information that I required on their website. And when I contacted their customer support team, I was given a standard response that didn't truly address any of my issues. To make matters even worse, when my order finally arrived, the packaging was poor, and several of the products I had ordered were broken. Regarding this matter, Onarway did not respond to any of my inquiries to which they were directed. In general, my time spent with Onarway was marred by a great deal of dissatisfaction. In spite of the fact that they have the potential to become an excellent online store for hardware and products for home renovation, they have a number of significant areas in which they may improve. There are many of other online shops that are superior in every way, from the products they sell to the assistance they provide to customers.
