Review on πŸ’§ Versachem 90214 Plastic Tank and Radiator Repair Kit - 30 Grams: Fix Leaks with Ease! by Andrew Arneson

Easy to use and saved me $400

My mechanic told me I had a radiator leak and it would cost $400 to fix - replace with a new one. I asked about some type of epoxy and he told me in no uncertain terms that the plastic coating on the heatsink has a limited lifespan and will soon fall apart. Well I did some testing myself and came across this repair kit. I had a minimal leak - you could see traces of coolant but there was no actual leak. At $14 it seemed like a worthwhile bet. It was very easy to use - I went to Youtube and looked at the instructions. It went on easily; The fiberglass layer was good and the top layer of adhesive was easy to apply. In the short time since I've done this (a few weeks) everything looks solid and durable. So I'm happy with myself that I fixed it; and was happy to save $400.
