Very similar to the original Deathadder. The mouse buttons have a comfortable feel and are quieter than traditional mechanical switches. The mouse buttons have a less distinct click when the button is activated, which I personally prefer since the mouse I had before was too "clicky". The scroll wheel is a huge improvement over version 1 and overall it's a really nice wheel. The buttons on the left are slightly higher than on the v1 so they don't get in the way when you don't need them. The DPI buttons are a little hard to feel since they're recessed, but it's a minor thing that will likely get better as I use my mouse more. Overall I would recommend this mouse to any gamer looking for a good ergonomic mouse. NOTE: THIS MOUSE IS NOT BALANCED, WARNING!
