I just received this item and am using it now. My joints and elbows hurt when I work on the computer. My computer chair does not have padded armrests and is designed in such a way that I cannot fit any of the armrests that are available for the chairs. It was a definite alternative that works. It only takes a minute to velcro on my arms and they are pretty comfortable. I like that they are flexible and follow the movement of my hand. Also very easy. The only issue I have is that the velcro is very long but can easily be cut off, the reason for the 4 star rating, if I could I would give it 4-1/2 stars. We'll see how they hold up over time but the price is cheap enough if they work for what I want I would buy them again. Can be washed? let's see how they hold up.
