Very good data management tool: B-152
The best thing about this product is that it was very easy to use when working with other companies in different parts of Canada or even around the world as I have worked for many years internationally.
This software allows me access to all my information from anywhere at anytime which helps save time and money compared to having paper files scattered across multiple locations. It does not work well with Mac computers so you will need Windows operating systems if using this type of computer system. Other than that there are no complaints i am happy with what has been done thus far but would like more options available without spending too much time searching through menus for specific answers.
Pros
- Allows instant transfer into any file sharing program.
- Has basic word processing functions suchas spell check, saving etc
- Easy interface design allowing quick searches within documents/files,
- Can be used remotely via Internet (emailing) by connecting directly onto our server insteadof needing an external hard drive attached locally; however we do keepall necessary backups online anyway just incase something happenstoour
